TERMS OF SERVICE
Non-Attorney Paralegal Services Disclosure Terms of Service Agreement
This Non-Attorney Paralegal Services Disclosure Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between all prospective clients, hereinafter referred to as "Client," and Legal Support Desk LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Paralegal Firm."
1. Scope of Services:
a. Paralegal Firm provides non-attorney paralegal services, including but not limited to legal document preparation, legal research, and case management assistance.
b. Paralegal Firm does not provide legal advice, representation, or act as a substitute for an attorney.
2. Client Responsibilities:
a. Client acknowledges that Paralegal Firm is not a law firm and does not offer legal advice.
b. Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services by Paralegal Firm.
3. Limitation of Liability:
a. Paralegal Firm shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or reliance on the services provided, including but not limited to errors in legal documents or research.
b. Client acknowledges that Paralegal Firm's liability is limited to the fees paid for the services rendered.
4. Confidentiality:
a. Paralegal Firm agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and communications, except as required by law.
b. Client acknowledges that communications with Paralegal Firm may not be protected by attorney-client privilege.
5. Payment:
a. Client agrees to pay the fees specified by Paralegal Firm for the services rendered.
b. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Termination:
a. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice to the other party.
b. Upon termination, Client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
7. Governing Law:
a. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Lake County, Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
8. Entire Agreement:
a. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
By signing via order process, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

**Terms Agreement for Bankruptcy Petition Paperwork Completion**
This Terms Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Legal Support Desk LLC ("Company") and paying customer with purchase
Services Provided:
1. The Company agrees to assist the Customer in completing bankruptcy petition paperwork in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. The Company explicitly states that it is not a law firm and does not offer legal advice. The assistance provided by the Company is limited to the completion of bankruptcy petition paperwork based on the information provided by the Customer.
Customer Obligations:
1. The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the completion of bankruptcy petition paperwork.
2. By clicking "I agree" and making the purchase, the Customer agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fee for the completion of bankruptcy petition paperwork.
3. The Customer acknowledges that the Company does not provide legal advice and understands that any decisions made regarding bankruptcy proceedings are solely the Customer's responsibility.
4. The Customer agrees to pay the state filing fee associated with the bankruptcy petition in full and understands that failure to do so may result in the dismissal of the bankruptcy case.
**Confidentiality:**
1. The Company commits to keeping all information provided by the Customer confidential to the extent legally possible.
Refunds and Disputes:
1. The Customer acknowledges that there are no refunds after processing has begun, typically within 24 hours of payment.
2. Any disagreements or disputes arising from this Agreement shall be handled by mediation only.
Termination:
1. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party.
Miscellaneous:
1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable state.
